Teacher Wellbeing & Mental Resilience
Teacher Wellbeing & Mental Resilience
A 5-Day Erasmus+ Experience on the Mediterranean Coast
When the teacher burns out, the system quietly collapses.
Teaching is not only a profession.
It is emotional labour.
It is responsibility.
It is constant giving.
And very often, very little structured recovery.
This programme was created not from theory, but from years of working with teachers, school leaders and managers across Europe.
And yes — from being a teacher myself.
Why This Course Is Different
I am not only a trainer.
I am:
• an ICF-certified coach (PCC)
• a psychotherapist
• a trainer of leaders and managers
• a practitioner working with stress, performance and resilience daily
• and someone who understands school reality from the inside

This course combines:
• practical resilience tools
• neuroscience-informed understanding of stress
• coaching-based reflection
• embodied regulation techniques
• light movement and energy activation
• humour, perspective and human connection
No therapy.
No spiritual clichés.
No empty motivation.
Everything is practical. Transferable. Usable.
What You Will Experience
You will:
• understand how stress truly works in the nervous system
• recognise your overload patterns
• learn emotional regulation tools that work in real life
• improve energy management
• build sustainable daily routines
• create a personal wellbeing action plan
And you will test everything in practice.
The Mediterranean Factor 🌊
This is not tourism.
But environment matters.
Selected sessions (weather permitting) take place outdoors — on the beach, with gentle movement, sunlight and space.
Nature is used as a facilitator of reflection and nervous system regulation. Learning deepens when the body is calm.
Optional evening cultural experiences may be organised (Spanish dinner, flamenco performance, island visit), supporting social connection and cultural immersion. Participation is voluntary and separate from the formal training programme.
